    How to show conditional text inside of email notification?

    I have multiple text fields that appear when the user checks off certain fields (it will "reveal" their price sort of thing).

     

    How do I enter this text field in the email notifications when there is a conditions on it. I want to be able to see the pricing as the form gets submitted.

     

    I would also ideally like to see this field on the back end.

     

    Possibly there is an easier way to do this (make the price not a text field?). The user cannot edit the price.

    I have inspected your form and I noticed that you have fields that collect credit card information and that is against JotForm Terms of use.

    Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information and cannot be collected on plain text fields. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    I have removed those fields from your form. 

    If you want to have payment fields inside of your form you have to use one of JotForm payment tools.

    Now regarding to your question it is not possible to pass text inside of your Email Notification. Only fields connected to some value can be added to Email Notification. When you add payment tool, you can try to set appropriate conditional logic to hide and show fields based on some conditions.

    I understand now. We only use Moneris which is not supported by JotForm so we are unable to use your payment fields.
