Sub-user Free account with access to shared forms

    Hello,

I have shared some forms with a subuser. The subuser is a Free account.

When they log-in, they are able to access the shared forms but he noted that the limits (submission, data, etc.) to his account still reflect the Free account.

Should the limits change to the limits of the parent account?

    Thank you.

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

    Hi,

The increased submission limits only apply to the upgraded account.  Any form created in the upgraded account and shared with the sub-user from there will receive the upgraded submission limits.  Forms created in the sub-users account will not receive the upgraded limits, nor will the sub-users account itself have the upgraded limits.  So you if you create a form and share it with them, it will have upgraded limits.  If they create a form in their own account, it will not.
