I want to set up a reoccurring subscription, charging £19.99 for set up/1st month, then £19.99 for each month after. (Stripe is my merchant)
I have created a discount code via jotform for take £19.99 off the "set up fee" (coupon code "EUW38").
However when I apply this too the form it does say "Voucher accepted" but the price on the form stays the same. (I.e still says £19.99 for first month, when it now should say £0.00 for first month.)
I have done a test payment and it does charge £19.99 for first month as well.
My form can be found here:
P.s I have also tried setting up a coupon code on Stripe, rather then Jotform, but when I set it up on stripe It set it up so it takes £19.99 off ONCE then should charge £19.99 for each month after, but when I do a test run on jotform it takes £19.99 off first month, and also takes OFF £19.99 for each month after.

I've followed the 2 link and gone through the steps and still does not work.

The first payment amount is equal to the subscription price on your form, so that the form is calculating the setup fee as 0.00 GBP. It means, that coupon code based on the setup fee will not work in your case.
Can you please try the following setup using Stripe coupons?
I was not able to test it yet, but it should work, I suppose.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

I have tried that, it takes £19.99 off the set up fee likes its meant to but it also takes £19.99 a month off the monthly fee as well, which it shouldn't.
I have attached a sceenshot showing what I mean.

As per further checking, I was not able to find a workaround on this. I will escalate the issue to our development team for them to further check. We will update you on this thread as soon as this is fixed.

Thanks, how long can expect this to take to fix?

I am sorry Stephen, but we cannot give you any estimate on when this is going to be implemented by our developers. They already have a lot of scheduled work on their hands, and each bug and feature request is being prioritized and assigned based on their importance and overall user demand.
Rest assured that we will certainly let you know through this thread when we have an update for you regarding this issue.

Stripe native coupons that apply only for the first subscription cycle works fine; it is the price that is not being displayed correctly.
Today we have released an update that rectifies this problem. The succeeding charges should no longer be changed, only the first payment.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please inform us and we'll be more than happy to help.
