URGENT: when I designed the forms, they all show a white input field, black text. When I preview the form it shows up that way...but the LINK I send to people, when they go into the forms, they are receiving black boxes, black text and cannot see their responses. It is ALL of the forms in my Folder "Roadcare".
This is a HUGE issue!!! Needing resolved ASAP!
I have a screen shot of the preview versus what customers see. I also provided a link to one example of how it looks to customers.

I have inspected your form and textbox fields inside of your form are images. When you made your form secure (https) that images are not shown because they are not upload on secure protocol, they are non secure (http). You need to make them secure in to be visible inside of your form.
To do that you need to upload then to your form as secure images. This is the url of your images:
https://shots.jotform.com/elton/input-text-8.png
First you need to download this image to your Desktop and then upload it to your form.
Then select that file and upload it to JotForm.
Then you need to make that image secure(https).
Final you need to change URL of your images inside of your Form Designer. You need to add your uploaded image https url.
Other way is to use non secure form.
Or you can clone my form to your account and make it secure and use your cloned form instead.
Here is my form with secure images: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/51725797285974
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
