Also, if I make revisions to the form, does it change the embedding code or url?  Just want to make sure I update our website if it does change it.

    Hi,

As long as you are not embedding your form using the full source code, nothing will need to be changed when you make updates to your form.  The URL will remain the same and the embed code will not need to be updated not matter what changes you make to your form.  Changes will be displayed automatically in the embedded version when the page is refreshed.

If you are embedding your form using the full source code however:

You will need to update your embed code when you make any changes to your form if you would like them to be shown in your page.  This is only true when you use the full source code embed.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
