    AdobeForms fillable pdf Import, columns show with out labels for checkboxes

    I have a form that I have uploaded a few times now and I am having trouble with the output. The output has blank column labels for checkboxes and then only 1s for a response. I have no way of telling what response is for what question. Along with that some of them just respond with checkbox.

    the form I am referring to is the "Rod Bending Survey v05.29.14"

    Hi,

    Imported PDF forms will not show properly in the browser.  If you create a PDF of your form, the full form will be displayed:

    Unfortunately, fillable PDF's imported from Forms Central can only be used as fillable PDF's when imported to your JotForm account.  They cannot be used as web versions of the form.

    I am only using it as a PDF form but the responses are not collected properly. The labeling of the columns are not there and there are only 1's and blanks for responses in the blank columns so I cannot tell which question is what column.

    I checked your submissions and indeed, there is some odd formatting for the submission data related to checkboxes that were imported.  I will forward this to our development team to have a closer look.  We will update you here as soon as we have any further information.

    Now that formcentral is closed I would really like to get my new forms out so that there isn't a lapse in data collection

    This has been assigned to a developer and been given the highest priority.  However, due to the large influx of users and imports we have a rather high demand on our development team.  Your issue will be addressed as soon as they can but things may take a bit longer than we would like currently due to the high volume of requests.  My apologies.  We will let you know here as soon as we have any updates.

    Still no update as of yet.  We have quite a large number of requests regarding fillable PDF's and Forms Central imports so these type of requests are taking longer than normal.  This is still marked as the highest priority level so hopefully it should be sorted soon.

    My apologies but we do not.  We have quite a large backlog of issues with fillable PDF forms and they are being addressed in the order they were receive as well as their priority level.  Unfortunately, I cannot say when that will be.
