Is it possible to add 44 options in radio button and specific calculation value for each?

I'll have about 44 questions listed in my form, and I'd like to give each choice listed in each radio button field a different value, and then get the totals.

A screen shot of the radio button insert is attached.

Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks!

Yes, that is possible and furthermore based on the screenshot you are in the right place to do so. The only thing that you must follow is to add the options one under another (separated by enter / new line) and do the same with the calculation values.

    So for example:

    option1
    option2
    option3

would have their calculation values like so:

    calculationValue1
    calculationValue2
    calculationValue3

Do let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance with this and we would be happy to assist.

    Hello Ben,
Thanks for those tips! Now my next question is this:
After the steps you described below, how do I view the calculation results

You should simply add the radio field into the Form Calculation widget and it will show you the value.

For example, this form will show you how it would look: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51795332983971

Of course, I have used a basic structure to showcase this, you can have any value for any option.

    I would suggest two guides:

    How to Assign Calculation Value

How to perform calculation in the form?

Of course, if you have any further questions, do let us know and we would be happy to answer them.
