Not receiving emails when my form is submittedAsked by lionfludd on June 22, 2015 at 03:19 PM
I have a form on my website and I want the people to fill it out and receive an autoresponder to give them a discount for my site that I've set up. When I try it, the email goes to them but I don't receive one in my email.ww
site fill and email
I've checked your site and it seems like you're using the full source code of your form. Can you please use the iframe embed method instead? When you use the full source code of your form, you need to manually update the code every time you make changes in your form.
In order to receive email notifications when the form is submitted, you need to create a notifier. You can see here: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications how to do it.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
