Not receiving emails when my form is submitted

I have a form on my website and I want the people to fill it out and receive an autoresponder to give them a discount for my site that I've set up. When I try it, the email goes to them but I don't receive one in my email.ww

I've checked your site and it seems like you're using the full source code of your form. Can you please use the iframe embed method instead? When you use the full source code of your form, you need to manually update the code every time you make changes in your form.
