Hi I am building a form using nonprofit Paypal as the payment processing for Donations for a NonProfit.

I am trying to set it up so a radio button field will determine donation amount with the options:

    $100

    $200

    $500

    $1k

Other ____ (user fills this in custom)

Is this possible? Right now I only have the option to have a text box when I click Paypal Donations.

Also want to know if I can set up the frequency (for yearly donation pledges, i.e. charge the same amount once a year if agreed)

    Yes, that is possible.

What you must do is to:

    1. Set the options up
    2. Set up Calculation Values for the added options
    3. turn on the option to allow other (custom entry)
    4. add Form Calculation widget to your form
    5. change the Payment processing tool to accept the amount from the form calculation

When done in the order as mentioned above, you will see the option to capture the amount from the Form Calculation widget, otherwise you will not.

To allow other, just click on the radio button and then select the Allow Other option from the toolbar:

Once you add the Form Calculation widget to your form and capture the value in it, I suggest hiding it since it will allow for a nicer experience and in the same time, it will allow you to still pass the right value to the payment processing tool.

You can see this in action on this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51726778166972

Since we can assist with only one issue / question per thread, I have moved your second question to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/594209 where we will be replying to it shortly.
