I'm having trouble with the Blackboard theme and need assistance please

I am unable to place a picture in the "logo box" at the top portion of the Black board theme. 

Can you tell me if there is a trick to do so?

Also, I would like to center the Facebook & Twitter Icons on the form - is that possible?
