Visual report builder only shows first two questions

    I have a long survey, and I'd like to use the Visual Report Builder for the report, but it will only create one page, with the first two survey questions.

    I haven't been able to find any way to enter options or choose which questions are displayed in this report. How can I do that, so I can show the whole survey?

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    Visual Report Builder was mainly designed to be printable. But it does not support multiple pages at this time. So, you will need to create additional reports like "Survey Report - Page 2", "Survey Report - Page 3" on separate reports.

    To add new charts, click on "Edit" button. Then drag and drop chart icon from the toolbox to the report.

    To change the question, click on the chart and then settings icon at the right top of the chart.

    Thanks for the quick response. It's a bit disappointing -- my survey is very long and this will take a REALLY long time -- but I appreciate the info and how-tos.

    Has this issue been fixed yet as it is a bit of a waste of time not having multiple pages generated automatically.

    Hi invisage,

    Thanks for following up. In the meantime, what you can do is to remove the page breaks first then generate the report. After you have successfully generated the report, you can bring back the page breaks. This is still quite a lengthy process but less effort is needed than creating multiple reports per page.

    Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you and have a great day!

    Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the survey has no page breaks and still appears as one page in the report graph creation process.

    @Darren,

    Sorry but multi-page feature for visual reports is not available yet. I will confirm with our developers if this is already on their todo list. We'll let you know of any updates via this thread. Thanks!
