Image in Auto responser not showing

    I've used the following code to display an image at the top of the auto respond table Jotform generates. For some reason it displays nothing. I've tested that the image exists at the url and it does.

    <td width="600" height="30" background="">&nbsp;</td>

    Any ideas?

    I assume that you would like to replace the JotForm banner from the top of the table with your own image, correct?

    To do this, you can simply open up your autoresponder email.

    Click on the HTML icon to edit it as HTML.

    In the editor that opens, replace with your own image, and remove the logo by removing this part:

    <img style="float: left;" src="//" alt="" width="63" height="26" />

    The top of your autoresponder table would now look like this:

    Thanks for your reply, but that is exactly what I've already done - except I replaced the single row table with the code I displayed in the first post of this thread.

    I have taken a look at the last 3 forms that you have edited, and only this one has an Autoresponder:

    I have cloned it into my account to check, and I can see that your autoresponder has that image set up correctly.

    I have also made a test submission of my cloned form, and this is what I received in my email:

    According to my tests, the image seems to be already set up correctly in your autoresponder.

    Is it not showing up when you view autoresponder emails in your webmail or email program? Please note that this is set up on the autoresponder email only, so this is what is being sent to emails that are entered on your form.

    I've tested it using my personal email instead of my work email and all appears well. Something to do with the email settings at work perhaps - that said it works fine here with the Jotform logo. How odd.

    You can try to clear browser cache to see if that will resolve your issue with email.
