The pdf I have created deletes parts of the text (some letters are missing completely, others are half displayed. Is it the programme or just the internet connection?

Could you kindly try clearing the browser cache and regenerate the PDF again.
During generation ensure the 'Include Page-breaks' option is checked
Also during generation, is it the same text section that is affected or does it occur randomly for the PDF from.
Kindly try using this other option to genrate the pdf too http://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have deleted the history and tried it out once again with the new program. the generated pdf is still displayed inappropriately.
Could the problem be cause because the form was imported from FormsCentral?

Sometimes the generated CSS layout for the imported form might cause issues during the PDF generation, kindly try the following.
1. Create a cloned copy of your form
2. Modify the layout of this form then try regenerating
Could you also provide me with a link to the form so that i can clone it and try to correct the issue, then ill notify you

Additionally, the following message appears when I enter the form:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

It seems that your internet connection is making the jquery loading take a long time and tie up the browser. This issue is usually common on mozilla browsers
Try loading the form on Chrome and generating the PDF, I have tested your form on my end and it is generated properly without any missing texts

thank you very much for your reply.
I tried it from Chrome and there was no change.
Could you please send me by email the form in pdf format? The email address is the one on which this account was created.

I did check your form and when I tried to download the PDF version, I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The generated PDF does not display all the form fields correctly.
Let me try to figure out the cause of this issue. I will get back to you on this soon. It seems my colleague @Sammy was able to generate the PDF file correctly. Let me send a note to him to try ans send you the PDF.

I have sent the pdf to your email, confirm that you've received it at the moment.
Please not that the submission URL is still tied to my demo form, I'm editing the other HTML portions to work correctly.
I've pinpointed the issue to be the text fields your'e using for your labels, when they are converted to images during pdf generation the lack of height property causes them to be garbled, I'm currently adding the height property to the elements once I'm done ill give you a link to the form which you can clone into your account.
Here is the same link to the PDF
Thank you for your patience

I have finished modifying the form html elements by adding a width and a height to the div containers.
