Manage Multiple Fields, conditions doesn't work

Hi to all, in my form i duplicate three fields with conditions but it doesn't work. Why?

At the present it is not possible to duplicate fields using form conditions, what you can do is create duplicate copies of the same field then hid/show them using conditions in your form.
