How to set up Submission Counter widget and AutoResponder email on forms.

    I’ve tried to add the widget on the response email, but I´m not able to do it: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/submissions_counter

    Also, I want that every client that fills in the form, receives automatically an email with the form he/she has just fill in, how can I do it? the link to the PDF.

    If I pay the Premium or Economy today will it finish at the end of this month? Or it will start counting 30 days?

    The widget is added on your form, like this: 

    Creating an AutoResponder allows your user to receive an email notification after they have submitted your form. 

    After clicking "Next" from "Provide Sender and Recipient Details" window, you can compose/edit/update the content of the email that Form-submitters will receive.

    For you to include a PDF copy on the AutoResponder that Form-submitters receive, you can:
