Some of the custom Zoho CRM fields are not showing up in the Zoho Integration wizard

    Dear Sir/Madam,

     

    We are om the middle of a large scope integration process with Jotform and Zoho CRM. We have created a high number of custom fields in the CRM, which correspond to the 10 different forms our company is using. 

     

    There are so far two problems occurring:

    1) Some of the Zoho CRM fields are not visible in the integration wizard, at least not in all forms. For instance, there is a field called "Degree" in CRM which is not showing up in the wizard when I'm testing it on a clone of a form, but it is showing up in other forms, including the original. Is there a reason for why a certain field might not show up? I am certain that I haven't "used up" the field already. 

    2) There is a field in the forms asking for the applicant's phone number. We also ask the applicant to give the phone number of their contact person at home. In some forms, the financial guarantor's phone number is also asked. However, when I choose the field "Contact's phone number" in the integration wizard, it only allows me to integrate with the "Phone number" field in the form, which is the applicant's phone number. I noticed that this is a special kind of field meant for entering phone numbers. Would the solution be to replace this field with a normal text box?

    Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Use or not, the field should supposed to appear in the integration process. Can you please verify to us if you have the same field types in both, form and Zoho fields? Note that you have to consider the field types. If your custom field type is a textbox, you should make sure that you are using a textbox in the form field. Then the field labels, try using the same labels in Zoho and in your form.

    I would also suggest using a different key from your Zoho account in the integration. It should help. But if the problem persists, please let us know here so we can consult this to our developer.
