Mapping specific phone field in the Zoho Integration wizard

2) There is a field in the forms asking for the applicant's phone number. We also ask the applicant to give the phone number of their contact person at home. In some forms, the financial guarantor's phone number is also asked. However, when I choose the field "Contact's phone number" in the integration wizard, it only allows me to integrate with the "Phone number" field in the form, which is the applicant's phone number. I noticed that this is a special kind of field meant for entering phone numbers. Would the solution be to replace this field with a normal text box?

The same answer to your first question, make sure that the field types are the same. If you have a Phone Number in your Zoho CRM fields, you have to make sure that you are using the Phone Number field from the Quick Tools section in our form builder. If this isn't your current field types, please try changing them and re-do the integration.
