Subtotals on Purchase Order

I created my form and used purchase order and checked the box for subtotals but in IE it does not show the subtotals. It will show the full amount which is great but not a subtotal for each shirt. Not sure what i am doing wrong  

Hi try adding the shipping option in the products set up wizard, this should enable the sub totals to be displayed.

You can also add the tax option and set it to zero
