    How do I upgrade to a paid subscription

    None of the upgrade/pricing links on your web site work. Additionally, When accessing my account information, only the headings on the left side of the screen appear. Clicking on any of them (including the upgrade link) does not produce anything.

    You have already upgraded your account, but it's a guest account. I'm afraid that you have lost the access to it now. Guest accounts are cookie/cache dependant. Once you clear these two in your browser, you will also lost the account to the account.

    It also not recommended to upgrade a guest account. To rectify this, I would suggest signing up at www.jotform.com/signup/ and let us know your username so we can move the forms there. We will then refund your payment so you can upgrade the registered account.

    By the way, for the upgrade/pricing links, it should work. I have just tried it here, guest and registered account. 

    Normally, you can fix that by clearing your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform. But as I have mentioned, doing these two will also remove your access to your guest account so again, I would recommend creating an account first.

    As for the My Account page, I think that is also related to the guest account type. Normally, when you access the page, it should ask you to login:
