When users at a certain location select NO from the first page and then click Next, the form does nothing. What should happen is when they select NO and then next the user should get the next question

Is this driver a permanent driver that will be in the system for more than 2 week

Could they possibly have some kind of a block that creates form issues?

    Hi,

I checked your form and I was unable to reproduce the issue.  No matter what selections I made on the first page of your form, I was able to continue to the next page upon pressing the Next button.  However, that does not mean that your users are not running in to this issue.

There should not be any sort of regional block that would cause this behavior.  It is most likely a web browser issue.  Occasionally older versions of Internet Explorer or add-ons for other browsers can cause form functions to fail.  If you could find out if there is anything in common with the how to form is being filled out, other than the regional location, we can check again to see if we can reproduce the issue.  If possible, find out what web browser they are using or if they are filling it out on a mobile device, things of that nature.  As soon as we can reproduce the issue we can get it sorted.

We ruled out what version of browser the user is using. They are using Internet Explorer 10, and so are users here in SLC that are nto having the same issue. We have even esculated the issue to our own help desk to see if they can figure it out.

I also wanted to mention that all the users are located off site from our main campus in Salt Lake City. All the users having issues are at our offsite location in Colton, CA.

If they are all using the same computers to fill out the form, it may indeed be a limitation on the computer.  Since scripts are run when the Next button is pressed, there may be something blocking them.  If possible, have them try using FireFox or Google Chrome to test the form.  Both of those work much better than IE for filling out forms and it will rule out computer specific browser settings.

We also tried that too. It's just not on one computer, it's all computers at the location. Even if they use a different web browser.

This sounds like it may be a network or admin setting on the computers then.  Are there any errors in the console?  If there are errors, that may help get this sorted.  Also, if possible have them try a device other than the computer setup there while connected to the network.  If any device connected to the network will not allow them to proceed to the second page, it is a network issue.  If it is not a network issue, it is most likely an admin setting on the computers themselves.

There are no errors. The form just stays on the initial page. I am going to see if somebody has a hotspot they can connect to and try it from the same location.

Let us know what they find out and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

FYI - It was a proxy setting that had to be changed.
