    Labels of PDF form fields does not display in Korean language.

    I have submissions and when I hit the get pdf feature to save them to my computer as pdfs, they are all jumbled up and all the paragraphs are messed up.

    Can you please let us know with which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edit form and downloaded the PDF version. It does display the layout correctly but there seems to be some problem with the question labels. Please check the screenshot below:


    It seems the issue is related to the Korean language in question labels. Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

    When I go into the submissions and I want to print out a pdf of the filled out form this is what happens

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. I tried cloning your form and made a couple of test submissions. I have tried to get a PDF copy of my submissions and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you are having. 

    It seems to be working perfectly fine on my end. 


    Could you, please, try to clear your browser's cache before downloading the PDF copy of your submission.
