    Changes made to a Form from Templates are not being saved.

    I used one of your templates but modified it to suite me needs but for some reason the information in the top navigation bar still says the template name not what I have re named the application. Can you tell me how to fix that. 


    Also I have made specific information *required* and dont want an application to be able to be submitted with out that information but application are being submitted without the information I want. How can I fix that?


    Also, I deleted a number of questions from the original template - but once submitted those questions are in my  submitted form. How can I fix that?

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Are you pertaining to the form included on your post: http://form.jotform.ca/form/50736746695267?

    Not sure what template are you referring to. However, I would recommend for you to make sure that you have saved the Form after you have made changes to it on your Form Builder. 

    Also, after saving the form, you could also try to Clear your browser's cache before testing the form.
