How to set-up email notification recipients?

I am the Communications Coordinator at my church, and I am currently developing an app via Subsplash/The Church App. One of the features of this app is a prayer request card, and a connection card -- both of which are connected to JotForm. I did a test submission, and it works great. 

The problem is, the prayer request cards are confidential to the pastors and prayer team, therefore, I don't want them coming to my email, even though I'm the primary account holder. Is there a way to have the submission emails sent to my pastor instead?
