Can I provide users with a pdf (not fillable) or other way to view all the questions in a long form with multiple page breaks before they start ?

This is so that they can prepare their information before they begin the form. The form is: http://form.jotform.us/form/51718408850155

When I tried to create a pdf form, Acrobat was not able to open the file. I read on the forum that the only option is to redesign a long form with multiple page breaks. A work around for a readable but not fillable pdf would help. Thanks.

A simple workaround can be printing the form using Google Chrome and save as PDF.

Since you are not looking for a fillable PDF, I think this should work for you. Please be noted that this PDF file cannot be having any input fields and cannot display any dropdown options.

Please let us know if this doesn't work for you. I'm also checking on the fillable PDF generation of your JotForm. I'll get back to you on this later once I find something helpful for you.

    Thank you!
