This is the form that I want to edit, I already empty my cache memory and cookies but still having the same problem.

I checked your form and it should be available and editable from your account. Have you tried a different browser by chance? Try FireFox or Chrome. If those will not allow you to edit your form, let us know which version of those browsers you are using so we can check them. As far as I can tell though, your form should be editable in your account.
