trouble adding a sub-user

    I am trying to use to sign up for a sub account under admissions714.


    The system is telling me that this is not a valid email account, and further it does not allow edits to the email field.  Please help.

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.  

    If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.


    I checked your sub-user account settings and it looks like "" has already been added as a sub-user.  They would need to accept the invitation sent to their email address in order to complete their setup as a sub-user.  They could also create a JotForm account using that email address then have you send the invitation again.

    In either case, try removing them as a sub-user and adding them again.  Since they already show as a sub-user there might be some issues with trying to add them again.

    If you are still unable to get them added after either of those suggestion, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
