I set up our original account back in October and my associate is not getting an email when a jot form is filled out. I would like to know how delete and re-add her to the account. I also have another associate who will also need to be notified, how do I add them?

If you want to use the same notifier you can see here: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients how to add multiple email addresses in notifiers.
If you want to use different notifiers, you would only need to create new ones in your form as described here: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
