I'm unable to move my forms to a folder

I am a sub-account user.  I don't have any problems creating or cloning forms.  However, we are having issues with organization.  Our main user created folders for me, and allowed me access to them.  I can see them and the contents of the first folder, but that's about it.  I just need to be able to move the forms into the appropriate folder.  It is frustrating.  We love JotForm, but this part of it is extremly frustrating.

Unfortunately, sub-user accounts are not allowed to move forms created in the main account. On this case, the forms would need to be moved to each folder while you're logged into the main account.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Is there a way to have more than one user as the main account?  It is a pain to have to ask someone to move my forms around.

    Hi OnlinEd,

Unfortunately, only one user can be the main account (the one that owns the form). Sub-user cannot be set as main account. Basically, sub-user has two main access restrictions on the shared forms these are "View/Delete Submissions" and "Edit Forms".

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
