Do email notifications take up space in the allocated storage plan?Asked by KaitlinSmith on June 24, 2015 at 12:13 AM
If I were to purchase the 10GB plan and turn on email notifications for each submission, do these take up space in the storage? If the plan allows for 1000 submissions, will the form ever be cut off before 1000 submissions due to too much data usage? How could this happen? Thanks!
As far as I know, only attached/uploaded files in the forms takes up the storage allocation limits.
Any images you upload and used on the form will also take up storage space.
If the plan allows for 1000 submissions, will the form ever be cut off before 1000 submissions due to too much data usage?
I am not sure which "data usage" you were referring to here, but as long as 1000 submission is not yet exceeded, it will not CUT the submissions.
If the Storage/Upload limit has been breached even before the 1000 submissions is exceeded, it will also cut the submission.
You can check for more details in the JotForm Pricing page.
