To be able to collect the submission data of your form to your JotForm account, it will require internet connection.

    user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

Sure you can use the form still within your network/intranet by using its full source code,

BUT at the final submission, the form will require outside internet connection for it to submit the data.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Thanks Jonathon.

I followed your instructions and extracted the compressed file to a directory on our network. I'm unable to see where the form is so I can make a short cut to it on my intranet?

    Can you help me please.

The form needs a browser to work since it is a web form..

So, you need first to create a web page and put your form's source code on the page. Then, you can now use the URL of that page to open the form. You can use the URL as your URL link of the form.

    Thanks.
