    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I cloned one of your forms - Franking request and tested it and it seems the widget is working fine. I also tried in one of your test form - http://www.jotform.com/51742611937962 and I was able to Add New option. See screenshot below.

    Can you provide us more details of your issue like the browser version and device you are using? If you can provide a screenshot of the problem then that would be great. And also, if you are referring to a different form, please give us the link or name of the form in question.

    Hello Chrisleigh2,

    I don't have a form called franking request?

    the forms that were causing the issue appear now to be working again since reading your answer.

    I was using Firefox with issue with windows 8.1

    The form Franking Request belongs to username chrisleigh2 (user who originally posted the issue). Do you also own the chrisleigh2 account? Anyway, glad to hear that it is working now.
