How to download submissions

    Hi

I need to download all files uploaded to my forms each week, and i need the files to be prefixed with the uploaders Surname. Is this possible please? Extracting uploaded files seems very convoluted.

A function to download data and/or file uploads on a highlighted submission selection on the grid with a right click menu option needs implementing.

    Thanks, Loz.

If I understood you correctly you want to download all data and files uploaded to your form.

You can export your form submissions in Excel/CSV/PDF. For excel, you can follow this guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

You can also select which fields will be show in submissions and you can select time frame of submissions.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Can i prefix the filenames which have been uploaded? With a field from the form i.e surname?

Otherwise i will have no idea who's image is who's without sorting them individually.

If you wish to download all the uploaded files, you can do that by either of these methods:

Method 1: You can download all the uploaded files using the Firefox extension or plugin, here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/315-Downloading-File-Uploads-in-the-form-using-DownThemAll-Mozilla-Firefox-Extension

Method 2: You can also use our JotForm App here: http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader

Regarding your question about prefixing the filenames, unfortunately, it is not possible to do that with the current uploads. However, you can have a more organize folder with the submission and the uploads if you integrate Dropbox or Google Drive to your form.

Here's a guide on how to setup a UniqueID field in your Dropbox integration: http://www.jotform.com/help/79-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.
