Hi,
I have already asked this question and got a quick response ... THANKS! What I wasn't clear about is that we both need to be able to access the form ... I will be making any changes to the form that we need in the future; she will be the one sending it out to our volunteers once a month, receiving their replies and using the data. So I will continue with maintenance; she is more the 'user'.
So ... she needs access to send it out; I need to be able to make changes and then send her the updated form. Sorry for not being clearer in my first email.

Hi Marie,
You need to add your colleague as a sub-user account. Here's how you can do it:

Let us know if you have any further questions about this matter.
Thanks

Hi there,
Help! It's not working. I added my colleague as a sub-user as per your suggestion. Her email is dmunro@centretownchc.org. Her username is ospndonna. She sent out this month's request to our volunteers using the link to the OSPN Jotform. I am getting responses but she didn't get any. What are we doing wrong? Thanks.

The issue is not related to the sub-account user settings. I moved it and will answer it here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/602653.
Thanks
