por favor me confirman porque no funcionan mis formularios y desde cuando estaran habilitados,

Your forms are currently disabled because you have reached your account submissions limit. Premium account is limited to 1000 submissions per month only. Your current count is 1073.
And note that deleting submissions won't free up your account limit. Only our system can restore that and is it scheduled every first day of each month.
You may consider upgrading your account to the next plan or wait until next month.
