Can I create a report that can be filtered?Asked by collinsbdc on June 24, 2015 at 09:24 AM
I have attempted to create a comprehensive detailed summary report of our client assessment forms with your Visual Report Builder utilizing the "filter" option. I am able to add all of the filters that I need (8 question and answers) but the report never creates the chart beyond the first two filters. We need to be able to disseminate our information with a detailed summary report. Please advise.
We would need a bit more details as to what you are looking to achieve and what kind of filters you were adding - as well as the form this is done for.
In the mean time, I would like to ask if you can tell us if the Form Analytics is a viable option for you? You can see more about it here: Introducing Form Analytics
Also, I would suggest taking a look at the following guides:
Did you reply form your email? We have received an empty response from you. Please click on the following URL to reply again: http://www.jotform.com/answers/595593
Still Having trouble creating a detailed summary report. I would like to be able to use the "add filter" option to create my report but after I add the 8 filters that I want to use it never creates the report. What am I missing?
Can you please tell us what is the form that has this issue? I presume that this is the one: http://www.jotform.us/form/51516431323142?
If so do let us know which filters you add so that we can test the same and see what is the issue.
