Receiving empty submissions with fillable PDF and Chrome

    Hi there

Once again I have a question. We are testing a fillable PDF (its name is "KontaktFormular taBook_1b_hell"). When we fill it out with Google Chrome (OS 10.10.3 with Chrome 43) and click on the send button, we see in the cms a empty submission.

Another problem we get using FireFox 38. Because of the integrated PDF reader pdf.js its impossible to fill it out (see https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/1459)

    Thanks for your support.

We actually recommend filling up the PDF form using Adobe Reader or Foxit. We do not recommend accessing the PDF file using any browser and fill it up there.

Please check this guide to know more about our fillable PDF:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotFrom-fillable-PDF-creator

Anyways, I have downloaded the PDF and filled it up, it's showing some of my tests, but some are not. I will be forwarding this to our developers, but I need to verify if this form was an Adobe FormCentral form before which is imported to Jotform?

    Thanks

    Hi Welvin

Because of too many different options and behaviors we understand the recommendation not to fill up PDFs in browsers, but we can not exclude that some customers will do this for convenience. Thanks, we will check this guide and will see what we can do for our customers.

But yeah, you are right, it was an Adobe FormCentral form before. We imported it on monday.
