Thank you page and notifications when working with a fillable PDF

    Hiya!

We are testing a fillable PDF with autocollect ("KontaktFormular taBook_1b_hell"). It would be nice to get a popup notification within the reader/browser that the form has been send when clicking on the send button (or something like a thank you page). Additionally we like to configurate mail notifications: one to the person which has filled out the PDF and one mail to us (subject: new submission received or something like that).

How can we configure it? Thanks :)

    Hello.

If you are talking about an already imported fillable PDF form, that was imported to JotForm, I'm afraid that they are not editable by our tools. To edit such a fillable PDF form, you would need to use software such as Adobe Acrobat, and import it to JotForm again.

As the imported PDF forms are not editable, I would recommend that you create an online form on JotForm instead, and then use our Fillable-PDF-Form-Creator tool to create your forms from that. It will allow you to have your own autoresponders, and will allow you to collect your responses both from the online form and from the fillable PDF, and they all would appear on the same Submissions page.

This would allow you to set up your email notifications and Autoresponders the way that you desire. However, even after using the online form to create your fillable PDF, I believe that we can't force the users to the thank-you page yet from the fillable PDF.

Please let us know if you need further assistance, we will be happy to help.
