Why is my form not being received?

    I believe once Adobe shut down the form you created from it stop working.

    I presumed that you have imported your forms from Adobe FormsCentral and nothing appeared in your account. Is this correct? If yes, then how did you import the form? Is it through the PC/MAC App? By submitting your Adobe FC form URL? Or by uploading a PDF? I'm sorry to ask, but our backend tool is hanging up and I can't search for your account.

    Yes, this is correct. You have until July 28th to access your Adobe FC account.
