The individuals I invited to sub-accounts are unable to find the invitational emails

    How do I re-send the invitation?

    To send the invitations again, you may need to remove them as a sub-user then send the invitation again with the "Create New User" button:

    To delete them as a sub-user so the invitation can be sent again, click "Edit" next to their address in your sub-user settings, then click on "Delete".
