How to pass field data to payment gateway?

how it woks the " Form field data passed to payment gateway" in PAYPAL payment?

Do you mean to ask how to forward the calculation value to PayPal integration? If so, it is possible to send the calculated value from a calculation widget by following the guide below :

I would like to pass a value also to customize the "Payment Purpose" field. Now I have to insert it manually in the paypal payment; the value is "NidalinaLab | Saldo per acquisto"; is it possible to pass the value for this field?

I can't find the "Payment Purpose" field in the form. But I think you wanted to calculate the values between multiple fields. If this is correct, then please follow this guide:

You have to calculate the total then select this total in the Payment Wizard.

Ooh! My apologies for that matter :) Unfortunately, you cannot pass a value in the Payment Purpose section. You have to add it in the configuration.
