How can one of our sub-users transfer forms to my account?

I have set up an account with 2 sub-users.  One of the sub-users had already set up her own account and prepared a form in it that she would like to merge into her sub-user account.  How does she do this, nothing working so far?

We can transfer the from form her.  Just have her log in to her account, create a new post letting us the form she would like moved and the username of the account she would like it moved it, and we will be happy to take care of it for her.
