    Unable to receive final notification for multi step form submission

    Hi,

    I have a form that I need the user to send to two different email addresses for them to edit (2 recommendations), which is no problem, however, I also need a notification sent to a different address once both parts are completed by the users. I've been testing this and it doesn't seem to be working.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your form, it seems that you have already found a way on how to do this?

    I believe condition #5 is the trigger to your final notification?

     

    Please do make sure that you have properly setup your email notifications Sender and Provider settings.

    I'll test it again. I wasn't getting a final email notification at the end. I thought maybe I had an error somewhere.

    I cloned your form for testing purposes, and filled out all the form fields initially, I then received the notification with the word "Completed" on its subject line, I'm assume this is the final notification?

     

    Probably there's a field in the conditional logic that was not meant, you can also check your form's email history to see if there's any failed email attempt: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History 

    Do update us if you are still unable to get the final notification.
