The Form Analytics does not appear to be a viable tool for us as we need to assimilate our clients answers to the form questions, not the questions themselves. We use a "Client Assessment Form" to assess their needs and then get them to the resources they need. We are a Small Business Development Center. We need a question and answer filter to create a summary report - charts/graphs. Is this possible?

Another way is to download your submissions as an excel report and create visual graphs on the actual file, in a Excel editor (MS Office Excel or Libre Office Excel), you can create tables, graphs and charts using existing data on the spreadsheet. You can also integrate Google Spreadsheet if you want it online.
