HOW CAN I ARCHIVE SUBMISSIONS? AND WILL THESE COUNT AS ALLOTTED SUBMISSIONS?

Submissions cannot be archived, only deleted.  They do not count towards your storage space unless they have files attached.  Deleting submissions does not decrease your submission limit.  The allotted submissions are the number you can receive per month, not the number stored in your account.  You can have as many submissions as you'd like stored in your account as long as they do not have file uploads the exceed your total limit.
