Insert Fillable PDF into a Jotform

How do I embed a fillable PDF into a Jotform?

If you need to use a web version of the form, I would recommend doing just that.  Rather than embedding a fillable PDF into another form, just use the original form that PDF was created from.  The submission data will be stored in the same place as the fillable version. 

If you must embed the fillable PDF in another form, you can follow this guide on how to do so:

Though I am not sure if there will be any limitations on functionality due to viewing the PDF in a webpage.
