How to redirect users from one form to the other form

I have a Counselor Recommendation Form and would like to link the Resume Form to it so they have to fill out both and make it required....any suggestions

You could combine two form into one bigger form. To do that you can use the JotForm Field Manager Apps. Here is the link: http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager 

Also you can redirect your users from one form to other. To do that you need to set Custom URL inside of your first form and set the link of your other form inside. That way when your users submit your first form they will be redirected to your second form.
