I have created a from already.
A Member of my office has paid the fee and has made me a subuser.
How do I make sure my account is connected with her payment?
I am the Main user as well as another girl who is a sub user on my account.
Please make my account the Primary and the other 2 users on my account sub users.
Please let me know ASAP
as I need to make this official this week for the agency I work for

Number of allowed sub-users depends on the plan that you are subscribed to.
The free (Starter) plan allows only 1 sub user account.
Premium plan allows 3 sub user accounts.
Economy allows 10 sub user accounts.
Professional allows up to 100 sub users.

When it comes to switching which is main account and which is a sub account, I'm afraid that we can't switch subscription payments between user accounts, especially if requested from another account.
If you have subscribed to our services from a wrong account, you can cancel your subscription from that account and ask for / get a prorated refund. Then, you can subscribe with your desired JotForm account for a plan that will serve your needs.
