    If you are referring to the email notification not showing all the information, you might be using an outdated form field tag/name.

    In the screenshot below for one of your notification, you are using the email tag/name {email}, but if you click the form field email at the right side, the correct or updated one is {email14}.


    The form field tag/name changes when you edit, remove or updated specific form fields.

    Click the notifications under "Emails" to edit them. After updating your notification, open your form, fill out the fields and click submit button to check if everything is working as expected.
