Hide/show conditional logicAsked by skababie on June 24, 2015 at 02:29 PM
1) Can I make the questions go or skip certain questions if they say yes or no?
2) For the check boxes can I have the last one actually be other and a spot for them to fill it in.

Yes, it is possible to skip certain question. You an achieve that by setting conditional logic to Hide/Show fields inside of your form. More about conditional logic you can find in this articles:
Regarding you second question, when you add checkbox field inside of your form you need to click on Allow Other option to add "Other" field.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
