Hide/show conditional logic

    1) Can I make the questions go or skip certain questions if they say yes or no?

    2) For the check boxes can I have the last one actually be other and a spot for them to fill it in.

    Yes, it is possible to skip certain question. You an achieve that by setting conditional logic to Hide/Show fields inside of your form. More about conditional logic you can find in this articles:

    Regarding you second question, when you add checkbox field inside of your form you need to click on Allow Other option to add "Other" field.
