Are there any limits on the amount of recipients that a form can be received by, This form was working ok until I add an additional 3 mail address now it seems to altered the delivery time, One of the added addresses (an address that I use all the time) still has not received the form when other have. I can only assume that it has something to do with severs. Is there away to add a receipt request to the form. at least I will know that it has finally arrived.

would you simply just check the mail to see if anything is amiss I don't think there is.

There's a limit of 10 recipients per Email Notification and 2 for Autoresponders. I have tested your form and I checked our email log but I did not found any mails connected to emails set inside of your Notification.

Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into that folder any more.

I would also suggest to whitelist  JotForm IP address: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

If this does not resolve your problem you can try to make separate Email Notification for each email address.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

OK thanks for that, I have carried out some alterations to the notifier setting up notification for each mail address.  Would be so kind as to verify that if I set up a notification for each recipient, that it would basically be the same as including a comma and space between each mail address on one notifier, If this is the case then this will help me no end as it will be far easier to manage the recipients. I ask this as I want to avoid sending out multiple tests.

I know this is cheeky but is there a way to delete the test forms as there is a referencing field  running. I have more tests than submissions, I want to avoid resetting the referencing if possible

Yes, if you set Email Notification for each recipient it is the same as including a comma and space between each mail address in one Notification.

Regarding your second question, if I understood you correctly you want delete your test form. To delete form select form you want to delete, than click on More option and then select Delete. When you do that your form will be moved to Trash folder on your account.

thanks for the confirmation on my 1st Q

as to the 2nd part I do not want to delete a form

I have incremental numbering applied to submissions to which I have carried out test submissions it is the test submissions I wish to delete/remove as I either, have to include a load of test forms in my ledger that this form is creating or re set the numbering both ways have their problems. Is there was away to delete only the test forms, that would be the ideal solution.

Also If they can be deleted will the numbering system re number all the submissions.  If this is the case I will live with the test forms in my ledger.

    thanks for grate support
